Service Description
30 mins for you to ask and discuss any concerns you have. Lucy can come up with ideas and strategies for you to improve your vocal health or help guide you in the right direction / to the right clinicians to help you. Some previous discussions have included: Re-occuring Illness Acid Reflux Post nasal drip Sore throats Loss of voice Change in voice Nausea Anxiety Hydration levels SOVT? Steaming or nebulising? How to warm up and warm down Concerns around speaking and/speaking voice I allow 30 minutes for these short appointments which includes 5 minutes for writing notes which will be sent to you afterwards.
