Consultation Coaching

Service Description

Initial Consultation for 1hr 30 mins. This session includes discussions, exploration, goal setting. As well as, physical, breathing and vocal exercises alongside reflection. I will take a comprehensive vocal profile for you built around your current voice use, needs and behaviours. We will identify some goals for you and trial some exercises to get started and book in your next sessions according to your availability. I will then go away and create a plan for you which will be emailed over. Please arrive in comfortable clothes, bring water, a notepad/notes on phone. I have yoga/floor mats for you to use, however, if you feel you would like to bring your own please do so.
