Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re-schedule please contact me with 48 hours notice if possible. If this is not possible I may have to charge you the studio hire fee. If you cancel within 12 hours notice I will have to charge you the full fee. Illness: If you are unwell please do not come to your session, IF you feel well enough to switch to and online session then do. However if your voice if affected ie: it is tired, dryer, lower in pitch etc then please re-arrange your session. We can switch your session to a 30min Vocal health check in instead to mange your symptoms and help quicken your recovery.
