How Voice Therapy Supports Vocal Health
Voice therapy at Dexter Vocals combines clinical knowledge with performer-focused care. Sessions are personalised and may include:
Posture support Helping you find a balanced, stable position to free up your voice
Breathing techniques An efficient voice starts with efficient breath. Therapy helps you breathe in a way that gives your voice strength and control without tension.
Effort levels Speaking or singing shouldn’t feel like hard work. Therapy helps you find the right balance—so you're not straining, but not holding back either.
Resonance How and where your voice “vibrates.” Therapy teaches you how to play with resonance, so your voice sounds clearer, stronger, and easier to use.
